Event Coverage My BilletProof 09 pictorial

The guys in my club "THEE INLAND EMPERORS" and I left for Billetproof NW Friday Morning at 6:00 AM. The trip from Spokane to Chehalis is about 350 miles. We had a couple hickups with a couple of the cars but all in all made it and had a blast. I saw lots of Hambers: Acey Deucey, Brandi, Ironbuyer, F head, Justdug, Jeff Allison, Hotrod-40, Payne, Len, Eddie Haskel, DoubleTtrouble, Jadeidol, Turdchazer, The Duke, Couverkid, Psycho666, hellrod666, Hudsoncustom, Gup, Dynaflash8 and others who I'm forgetting right now.
Weather was great, lots of great cars. Party afterwords was fun.

On with the pics:
Here I am at the meeting place at 5:45 am Friday. Yes, I towed the roadster over. Beings it's stock A drivetrain and the distance, I think driving it would have been a suicide mission.

Chris "THEE INLAND EMPERORS" had the best looking group of rides at the show this year in my opinion, well outside of what the "Misfits" brought, but I am a little bias perhaps...

Always fun to hang out with you guys. I got hugged by a friendly Emperor in a gorilla suit at the cruise... the highlight of the evening!!! Ya'll even got the ever elusive Allison out in the sunshine, good going.

Nice pics...man I still can't get over how many 32 5w's there are in the PNW. Also, that's one badass 57!

(p.s. - that green '57 was the sh*t - with corn in it! I about pooped myself when I saw it at the show!)

Chris...Came by to say Hi on Saturday, met your Mom who insisted I was Australian...so I told her I hoped she had her Canadian passport with her so she could get back over the border to Spokane.....looks like I took much the same batch of pics. Really liked the Fronty T and that old guy with the Green 2port A Sedan was a hoot to talk to....Still think the Tie Rods beat you in the bitchen Club cars regard, tho...

The Duke's prision tats are on the top of his toes. Trust me I've seen them.

Emperors tattoos = "prison tats" that's BLASPHEMY. By the way cool pictures.

wow. thanks for posting these pics. God. Looks like what our billetproof in the bay area USED to be like. You all have some damn good style in your customs and hotrods, just spot on. Damn....i need to follow my neighbor "heyistnate" and move up there.

 

I know one thing for sure, I will have to go to the west coast to see cars like this! It aint happening here. Thanks for the great pics!
