if it looks good on the coupes and sedans, it will more than likely look good on your ride!

I'd say drop it a few inches, cut coils up front and blocks out back. I'm not a big fan of the moon discs, maybe paint the wheels black and run some spidercaps and rings? Are you going to paint it or leave it black?

yeah im planning on baggin it in the rear (it has 3.5inch blocks right now) but it would look 100times better sittin on the ground...and a new primer paint job one day...

Here's my old '50. Pretty much stock, but with a metallic paint job and a '55 235.

 

Here's mine... I still need to go pick it up in Cundiyo, NM... as you can see, I need some parts...and inspiration.. Keep the pics coming!

I traded a set of SBC camel back heads for it...

 

Here's mine...complete with the body work and primer the local high school auto body class did last year. I over whacked the front end when I did the disc brake and dropped spindle swap a couple of years ago and need to drop the rear to match, but haven't gotten that far. Has a long way to go, but putts around town ok.

Hey nice 51! I'm also 18 and it's good to see someone my age who is into this style of chevy. I have a 51 as well, My pop also has a 51 fleetline.

 

Looks cool the way it is. Nice car.

 

The fiddy..... 235 for now, a 261 in the oven, updates from a 54 for brakes and gears, dual straight 1 1/2 pipes.....

Looks old, sounds sooooo rude.
