A few few weeks ago, we announced Dichrome as a new Alliance vendor. Dichrome creates all kinds of crazy stuff out of glass - switches, shift knobs, etc... Admittedly, I'm not into all of the crazy processes and colors they are capable of, but they ...

I had seen Dichrome craftmanship of glass on the Friday Art Show......great items from simple to wild.

It's seems to be a really beautiful process and their work is top notch. Now if you back pain ever flares up again you can throw one of those in your cane and strut your stuff.

Those are beautiful! Its REALLY hard to draw perfectly straight on hot glass. Glass blowing is fun to do, but incredibly tough to master.
I wonder what they'de charge for a set of custom glass taillights...

I had them put a Studebaker logo hat pin inside one. I'm pretty sure there are no others like it. There is a size limit but they can help you with that. Size and your imagination are the only limits.

Wow, very cool. Y'know, I can see endless possibilities here. But what is a glass shift knob like compared with a plastic ball? Seems like it would be rather more slippery.
