Troy and Crew at Hollywood Hotrods have been working on this for 3 years now.. they are building the car for a client and its going to debut at GNRS. The Black Widow is in contention for the AMBR award as well and we all hope that it will win and it should because its an amazing replica of the 1960's model kit... not a detail missed!!!

Troy wanted to give the HAMB first preview....so enjoy!!

  8. Very cool ... and the first (& probably last) time that I will state on the HAMB that a car looks OK with spider webs! :D

I wish Troy and the HHR crew had some talent. I'm anxious to see it in person!

  10. Early 1960's. It was probably '60 or '61 the first time I built it, the first time.
I look forward to a real close look at the show

I assume a highly polished Moon discs are in the works , and would be the crowning touch!:D

  13. Boy Troy and his crew just keep knocking out stunning cars and trucks. Amazing!!

  14. Piero, what's an AMBER award? :) ... did Troy & crew abuct a child to help build the car?

Didja mean the AMBR (America's Most Beautiful Roadster) award or the HAMBer award? ... I'd say it may have already won the later.

I think it has a prehistoric mosquito stuck in the middle of it. Maybe it's a mosquito from the '50s and we can use it to clone actual greasers to use instead of timeout dolls.
