I noticed quite a few posts about Willys and I thought I'd start something for us Willys lovers and owners. Here's ours to start the show!

Used to be a drag car. Was raced by Bob Beezer.

here is a picture of ours out in the driveway. It is a filthy forty look a like. We have been on tour with the S&S team for the last two years. We will never own anything other than a willys. Our 40 pickup project is almost done.

    Scott,
The truck may be run occasionally but the biggest plan is for it to be our shop truck. I haven't downloaded any pictures of it at the stage it is right now. As soon as i do i will post a picture. Good to hear from you.

1942, all steel/never cut...YET! Will mimic the primer gray Willys from the movie Hot Rod. Plan to have it done for Back to the 50's. Will roll alongside my 50 Olds that WAS used in the movie. Both will be for sale.

That movie is GREAT! I searched high and low and finally found a copy of it on DVD under a different name.

The only cutting ours had done to it was the radius'd back fenders, but we put them back to stock. It was suprisingly unmolested for being an ex drag car.

actually, it seems they used three different coupes to make the movie. Technically, it sucked. Cool, though. AKA, "Rebel of the Road"

Holy crap, F Troop!!! are you trying to corner the market?

Here is a coupe that I found about 5 years ago sitting in a garage. As you can tell by the color it is a 80's rod with a BB chevy. Not too traditional, but it could be with a lot of work. Asking price back then was $25K. I actually went by last week and checked it out on my way to pick up the 35 Ford. It was still there, same condition, same price.
