A new event, on Saturday, September 13, afternoon to evening...held on Denver's historic old Larimer Street...great turnout, close to 300 cars (in & out all afternoon)...parking right on the street and FREE entry. Don't get any better than that...

Yeah thanks for posting those. That looks like a hell of a good time. Wish I could have been there for sure. I love the 57 olds Fiesta Wagon.

Wow, would have been nice to hear about BEFORE the event happened!

Let us know ahead of time next time and maybe you would get an even bigger turnout.

any more pics of the 30-31 roadster pickup with the #5 on it?

  12. Good thing you planned this for AFTER the Dem convention, or else you'd had a bunch of whackos there, protesting your "evil, carbon-based fueled gas hog cars from Hell!"...

But, then, they'd been fun to do burnouts on, too!

Yes, I would like to do more car events and shows .So far this year I was at cruising Golden, NSRA, and crusing Havana with a Hot Rod.

I have a real job and spending 12 hours a day watching for a local event on the HAMB is tough to do.

Studedude, would you do me a favor and let me know via PM when a show is coming up?

You never know I might be kinda cool and share a beer with you and your pals.:D

Is there a way to send out a mass PM to everyone in area?

I would have loved to attend this show!

What the hell you working for...don't you know that kills a lot of hot rodding time and reading the HAMB time...??? :D:D:D:D:D:D

    I'm kidding Tex ...and I sent you a PM.

Heard of a magazine called "The Scoop"...usuallly available at King Soopers, lists events, etc. anything and everything having to do with cars monthly...see if you can find one or subscribe...I think the e-mail address is: [email protected]

Why don't you just join the social group "colorado H.A.M.B.ers" and just check their once a week? If you don't know how to find it just go to "manage your account" and then on the left hand side under "networking" second down in "social groups" and then do a search for "colorado H.A.M.Bers" and join up. I posted it up their and on the main messange board to let everyone know in the Denver area.

Thanks for the pics. I used to live in Fort Collins, spent a lot of time in Denver. It is a great city and looked like a great location for this event.

Sorry Mick, I do not...the owner doesn't go around to a lot of the same rod runs I do, so at this point I don't even know who owns it...and at the "Carnage" event, there were no registration/window tags.

    Chad owns the chopped Merc.
    I see him often.
He found it "chopped" and fixed it up....

Turbo Tom bought a '59 Mercury and I photo chopped one for him. You don't see them around at all and sure not kustomized. They have a lot of potential....

Tell him He has one kool ride and good luck with the future progress. Thanks for the info.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick
