I found a real nice American Austin tudor sedan for sale that I hope to be buying this weekend. Cute as it can be. Has a nice body and fenders and good hood and grille. Modified chassis but I will change that. Will have pics in a few days. Here is what they look like when restored.

I found an Austin in Austin,TX while out on state property(I had permission) They never had a clue it was there they told me. They moved it and it is now part of some park display. I would not have told them about it accept I wanted to see if I could buy it.

I deal with circus folks everyday. Also known as the "general public".

Don Marks built a super-righteous one for someone, kept the fenders, spindle mounts, lowdown, ooooooooo, sweet. WISH I had a pic....

    Here's mine

Scratch built RHS frame - the original would be more appropriate on a kid's go-kart. I've just found an 8ba which I hope to fit (pretty rough though) The body is widened about 8". I'll be fitting a '37 Ford front end. This project has been sitting for a while now, seems I need a swift kick up the ass to get moving on it.......

    BarryA,
I only have one swift kick left at the moment, but I will drop it in the mail and send it to you. Should be there in a few days.

I'm looking for parts for a 1932 American Austin windshield frame, right door handle, and cowl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good thing we were all only newbies once.....

  27. Yeah, and they don't get virtually beaten to a pulp like I did when I joined,at that time you were expected to do a introduction or else!!:

I did what I thought was a thorough introduction and it was pretty well received with the exception I was using my daughters computer and didn't know what capslk was.

I posted my entire introductions,,I learned quick that typing in all caps is considered yelling. D HRP
