but when you have very young children, it's a part of life.... or an oil spot on the driveway and KIRK's 60 Starliner is absolute early 60's perfection. the details pull you in for a closer look without going overboard (disclaimer IMO) Last edited by PoopStain06; 04-25-2008 at 08:50 PM. |

that was an in-progress shot from june? of last year. It's got 60 Buick headlight rings on it now, and it's killer.
Paint by Harpoon. Erik is here on the HAMB as "forsakenfew" perhaps he'll put up some more pics of the car... for now, here's a link to an old thread.http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/s...6095&showall=1

Even to a non art eye,it should be EZ to see that the lay outs that look best are those that are simple and complement the cars own lines, and not the one's that are too bizzy with too much color and detail.
Even tough there harder to do.

I think that's the one that instead of being relegated to show-only status by an explode in your face the first rock chip tempered glass back window for a windshield, he had a laminated glass copy of the shape made in Finland(?) so it would be safe to drive.

So that's the story! It always looked like he just took the top and spun it around. When I saw the car I was amazed. Nice car, kinda like the stuff Rick Dorr does.
