how did old henry vin out the model ts....like how many numbers where was it stamped and what kinda codes did they use.any help i thank you.

My 1920 has seven numbers, example (4157348)

I am using a 29 Ford title and it has 7 numbers

Usually the vin # is stamped on the block. What year vin are you looking for. I have a book with US vin #'s to give you an idea of the range of numbers you should be looking for on a block. I don't think it was stamped anywhere else.
