Any idea whose car this is? The reason I ask is that I think it's the one from a long-ago thread on flat paint and was an example of a flattened pearl. Any idea? I love the finish...

 

the only thing I know about that car is te fact that I got it from that thread you mentioned

Boones, It has the correct FI emblems on the ront fender. Try and find those now!! Had a factory FI El Camino in 64 in Juneau Alaska.

Hey, there's one of those covered in dust out in the garage, a 4 door. I gave it to my sister for a wedding present about 17 years ago and she painted it smurf blue.

 

ya custom ideas like diff headlight and rear bumber ideas i like something like older corvette split bumbers in rear here a front end pic whats this out off

Front grill and head lights are 1960 mercury.
