I wonder how many HAMBers have club plaques for clubs they belong to, or that their dad's belonged to. Our Car Club Plaques website has almost 4,000 different plaques. Many of them have been submitted by HAMBers but I'll bet there are still more out there that we don't have posted.

Our collection of photos documents many old time clubs and some of the newer ones too and has been referenced many times here on the HAMB. We would love to add yours too. Here's mine...

Wow, great list that you have. I am still looking for a plaque from a Fullerton, CA club called the Vulcans (No, Mr. Spock was not rhe President). Were around in the 60's that I know of.

Not the actual plaque , but the wooden "mold" used to cast the plaques (1959?) don't know what or where the finished products are.

Here is a "non club" plaque that I drew for the art show several years ago and Dennis O'Brian is now producing.

Heres my old plaque that I submitted to your site sometime back. It's posted.
I sure had a great time in the club and I miss the crew. Design was by John Olivares.

Here's one for you. My dad was in this club in the 50's. He had long since lost his club plaque though. For Father's Day a couple of years ago, I had O'brien Truckers reproduce the club plaque from a photograph. My dad was pretty happy to see it again. He can't remember why they spelled Centurions wrong.

MarkX's old Chevy and Dayna Deluxe before she moved to California.

Look close, there is a drag plate in the picture.

  18. Hey Canadianzed...........never knew Tillsonburg had an old club. I was a member of the Simcoe club (Horse Power Unlimited) before it folled after 44 years and the Road Rebels in Norwich at good friends. I'm at the moment a Piston Pusher from Brantford.

Do you have anymore history on your Tillsonburg club (photo's, crests, trophies) ? Thanks.

Here is the plate from the Original 'Torques' plate, circa '56. Along with their club jacket.

I found this at a garage sale a few years back,

I don't have the heart to restore it but, I would like to stop the corrosion.

  25. Here is ours from "back in the day" (early to mid 60's). The club is still alive although not all of our members are still with us.
This pattern is headed to O'Brien Truckers for another run. Notice that the club was sanctioned by the NHRA. Don't know if they still will do this.

You should get a load of plaques on this tread. You still got the best plaque site ever.
