We had my dad and brother here for the De Rosa Christmas Eve....marinated crab done with garlic, garlic and oh yeah and more garlic...., prawns, clams, spaghetti and meatballs, salads, and lots of other good stuff to eat as well. It sure was alot different without my mom this year and sad to see my father missing her as he was and talking about how old he was feeling tonight.

Let's all remember to take advantage of the time that we have here on this earth and value who and what we have in our lives each day...count our blessings while they are here and not gone from us.

Merry Christmas and may 2008 be a very good year for you all!

A week of frozen fog has left everything an icy white

I built a big fire in the brick stove. Put my feet up and enjoy a nice cup of hot tea
