Quite an eventfull and crazy day. Driving down Interstate Five for about 50 miles in the heavyist rain storm of the year, in K-MEMBERS 51 Mercury M-1. We spot our exit ahead, we are leading FEDER in his chopped Merc and MOSES in his pickup. About that time, for no reason at all, the ass end of the pickup decides to pass us? As we do a 180 at freeway speed, we decide running slicks in the rain is no fun! FEDER went by on one side, MOSES on the other. We slid backwards for a couple hundred feet, with cars passing on both sides.....WE HIT NOTHING,,nada. We had breakfast and headed for the hospital. Thanks to these guys that braved the nasty rain. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers from people that missed it. The prayers really work, as ANDY is infection free and goin home soon! Glad to hear it went well Beetle! I had to stay here until 11 to get Jimmy loaded on his trailer and out of my house, and I figured there was no way I'd make it from Mt vernon to Harborview in an hour. Congratulations on being infection free Andy!
Andy is the toughest 12 year old I've ever seen. Rad kid. It seemed like he dug us coming up, as well as his mom and dad! My ex, who I havent spoken with in A LONG time, just happens to be one of the nurses taking car of him, and she got a hold of me saying that he was super exited and it made his month that we came out... So good job fellas! It was fun, even without wipers... or windows for that matter! Now.. who's got PICS??

Im sure Andy lost his mind to see you guys come out in the nasty weather to visit him. It shows the character of you guys, which is the cream of the crop. I hope each and everyone of you has taken a part of Andy and his journey home with you. I know it cant make you better people, because doing this for him says you are already the best. But im sure the impression you left on him will keep him fighting to stay healthy. Now show us the picks! You kill'n us with the suspence!!!!!! Haha...good time....it was cool to put some faces with ya guys........I missed the photoshoot with Andy, had to get a good run at the hill that some of us were spinning on, then didn't see where everyone turned off at.........LOST among all the different medical centers....haha! Andy looked good.....you could see it in his face he wanted to go for a ride!
OK Guys and Gals heres a bunch of pics. The ride down was cool ! As I passed them K Member and OLd Beet (going backwards) DAMN did they have a BUG EYED LOOK ON THIER FACE!! We had breakfast at the Smarty Pants then headed to Harborview. Damn We barley made it up the hills in Seattle they were SO SLICK. These were city streets. Some of the Guys had to drive around. No kidding it was like snow! It was great to meet ANDY and His Mom and DAD. Really Great people. No kidding I wish You all could have seen the SMILE on ANDY,S face. He wanted His picture taken by ALL the cars that showed,. SO ANDY BUDDY here ya go!!! He is an EXTREME TOUGH GUY Later FEDER
