As usual, I spent most of my time at the show today catching up with friends (met a couple HAMBers even though I missed the M&G ), but I did manage to snap a few pics...managed to get some customs too ...
This shoebox was AMAZING...anyone know anything about it? I haven't seen it around... Royalshifter's deuce...stunning... More on the way... Bryan
I'm not sure if it was the food (thanks to the Road Zombies) or this '40, but there were a ton of people over here all day...tough to get a clear shot... I think this truck belongs to a HAMBer... We liked it... More trophies... And a few more cars... Bryan
I sat right by this Carson-topped '40...good thing the owner didn't leave his keys in it.... Someone say rake? That's all I'm gonna post. There are a few more here if anyone's interested...http://villainscc.com/Shows.htm Bryan
Hey man, nice finnaly meeting you... That black Nomad, the 1956 is my uncle Joes car(He is a Vacavillain too), and the Black Carson Topped Ford is Rick Rush(another Original Vacavillain) So I wasn't bullshitting when I said it started a long time ago! The Carson Topped car was built in like 1961 or so...
Wow...those are both great cars. I was just telling a friend about that '40 and that I thought it was built many years ago. Cool history on your club...good too meet you too. Bryan
those trophies look amazing. it'd be cool to start with a pile of parts and build a cool trophy like that.
the Ardun head 32 was outstanding. prolly my favorite car there.. good to see you again... you know, it's hard to recognize people you see once a year when they wear sunglasses. maybe you should get a funny hat....
Nice pic's, thanks for sharing. That B&W 'Deadend' Chevy truck has got to be my favorite of the bunch.
I thought my funny lookin' mug was enough ...good to see you too, Mike. I definitely want that glass we talked about, so I'll be in touch. Very smooth...not sure if you saw the front shot... Bryan
Cool pics Byran! I'd have to say that '40 caught my eye as well, very awesome ride indeed thanks for sharing these. peace...
I'm bummed I missed you at the show...Dave called me up and said he ran into you after we left. Your '35 looked great, as usual. Cheers. Bryan
I'm not sure if people follow the links posted for pics, so I'll hook up you lazy guys with a few more... And I think my chop is gonna be hard... A better shot of the Strangers' trophy...I wish I wouldn't taken pics of all the trophies, they were bad-ass! Bikes... Another killer gasser... And some wanna-be artsy-fartsy...these look better in black and white, but they're uploaded on my website in color... Ok...that's REALLY all I'm going to post. There are still more on my website, but these are the ones I like. Bryan
A BIG thanks to Rich Hardmeyer (former Triumph factory racer) for bringing these bikes out. He spent most of the day talking to folks about them. The Douglas flat-tracker is just nuts. He also brought the crazy Honda hill climber. look for a story on him soon. Lots of history hanging out it his garage.
The pink 56 lincoln Premier is mine. It was a thrash to get it there, but way worth it. Great show as ever.
