    Crazy!

I have some side angle footage of it as well. When I figure out how to get it on the computer/YouTube I'll post it.

I think with 100 pounds on the nose it might just go good. It'd probably still pull the wheels a bit but it'll be a blast to drive.

That is what we were thinkin. And MONKEY had the brillant idea of him layin on the front frame rails on his belly holdin on to the front axle!! That was going to be tried on the street infront of the hotel when we got back from the track. But I shredded the blower belt on that deal too, and we couldnt find Steves 32 3 window to steal the belt off of!!

Yeah, I know. I brought all the vintage stuff with me , Mask, suite, gloves, Helmets and goggles. But I figured that since it was my first pass in this rocket I better play it safe. Looks like it was a good idea.

  20. hmmmmm....and i found a chrysler poly motor built for an FED today in one of these piles of motors!!......................

  21. that is just crazy, I've never seen a fed do something like that before

  22. Nothing like taking a few easy shakedown passes to feel thgings out. As long as you keep it upright and between the guard rails, its all good. Seriously, I cant waight to see you get her down the track straight.

I saw this action from the big end of the track, and it was just awesome to see front tires in the air and back tires smoking, just too bad it didn't go straight, she would've been fast. I still shook my fist and yelled in appreciation though, had to be the most bad ass thing I've ever seen.:D

  27. Fantastic video! Thanks for your efforts. I was heading back to the starting line after taking a few photos from the spectator side when this went down - incredible!

It was also GREAT to meet you on Thursday afternoon (Bill and Skip, too) - what a FUN time we had.

hate to be the only negative post but if your plan'n on leg'n out a full 1/4 mile pass best leave the modern saftery equipment on and add a wheely bar & second hoop over your head. as cool as it looked it could have been real ugly, real quick:eek:
