Fantastic! I bent up my rear shock mounts which in turn caused them to clout the brake pipes (!), which was the only thing from thrashing it round the track. I only done the one session (5 laps). Didn't want to damage the engine mainly. Babbit and splash all the way!
You Britts really "get it". All the machinery looks so well done. I'd like to put together a vintage dirt circle event over here. What fun.
Love the fact you can hear the steam train passing in the first video... Brilliant Clark - really did it for me seeing you race. From where we stood on the straight, you didn't bottle or lift off till you were into the corner.
Looks like a fun time was had by all!! Saw a clip of Jim's blown roadster being thrashed round there too...
Clark Awesome! Looks like they let ya give it all ya got! Gotta ask Zach when are we gonna ship his roadster over to take ya on! Flyers vs. all commers... hahaa.. (not that I can talk with the heavy chevy and all)
That sticker about drag racing making you horny - well if dirt track racing doesn't do it for you - well you must be dead! Neat-o
Now that gives meaning to "Eat My Dust" Too much fun, just way too much fun.... Thanks for the photos and movie, and thanks for making me envious!!! HellRaiser
You guys really get to run them over there, and it looks like a lot of fun!! Oh and I second that bring it on, we'll be waiting for ya!!
Looks like it was pushing a little, Maybe a little more stagger in the rear, and a air pressure adjustment..... Way cool......
we're just trying to add to our illusion of time travel.... gather as many "correct" roadsters as we can in one place....squint....and its almost the 40's!!!
