Default HAMB Auction: 1928 Pontiac 2-door sedan

Here's the scoop....this car belonged to a local hot rodder, Bill Jones, who passed away. It ended up in my shop to save it from the crusher. I was trying to figure out what to do with it and concluded that Bill would be ok to use the car to support the HAMB. I think this would make a great first project.

Let me start by saying the wood is SHOT!! These cars are heavily wooded so I need to be clear that this wood is ROTTEN!!!
Outside of that, the car is 99% complete, the sheetmetal is awesome..hardly any rust, and the drivetrain is in tact and complete. I figure this car has some unique lines and would be a good one to chop up into a pickup, or cut into a tub. Just know that the rotten wood and should be replaced with steel.
Also, I'm sure that Pontiac restorers would be more than happy to buy the unused parts 'cause all of the metal on the car is solid.

So here is the deal...let's open the bid at $20. You must be willing to pick the car up at my place. At the end the Auction, send the money to Ryan and I'll wait for him to confirm receiving the payment. After that, you are free to pick the car up. I'll help with the loading.

Good Luck!!!!

By the way...this Auction will end on Father's day (June 20th) at 10pm CST.

Check out the back window. The spare tire still has air in it.

50 bucks, So I can park it in my yard next to the roadster. I'd like to see the look on the apartment managers face when I cram another car in my little yard.
