1952 photos... Fiat Topolino Hot Rod

    Some time ago I bought a few photos from 1952 and among them where two of this Fiat Topolino built by Del Bostic and Pickel... An interesting Hot Rod with home made track nose style grille.

    Yes I agree.. not the most gorgeous Hot Rod... but it sure is cute and nicely detailed.

    The photos are from the States! The builders/owner are from los Angeles
     
  4. Cool, I have been searching through many years of magazines crazyD gave me and am finding all sorts of weird shit, cool old race recaps etc.......

    One of the few Topos ever used as anything but a drag car shell! An interestingly weird piece. I could drive it without shame or complaint.
    Check the tread pattern on those funky tires, must be the 1952 equivalents of Discount Tire's old 4 for $100 mounted and balanced.
