I am really enjoying the post with all of the pictures! It is kinda like going to the strip club, at some point the night is over and they turn on the lights!!!!
I dont think there has been any mention of $. Has anyone made a deal on any of these with Sled or are they all storys.

Sled you must have one heck of a bank roll and about 100 acres to store them all.

muscle car guys, here something RARE that you don't see everyday..

a 67 DANA Camaro 427 /manual with aprox 5000 original miles on

yep,is a real one..a true survivor ...and still in great shape.

this car has an interesting story, but the great thing has survided the drag racing strips since the early days....most of those has been totalled back in the day....

camaro fans, any idea how many of these have been produced from Dana in long beach,CA????

according to my infos less than 10 made, probably 5 to 7 cars ...but any help greatly appreciated.....

this Dana has an interesting history, and was bought brand new in Long Beach ,CA at the DANA factory by a mexican guy wich exported the car here with the solely intention of drag racing purposes, wich he did....

Roberto Morales,a close friend o mine and long time drag racing nut saw the car competing in the early 70's,when car had original color back then, white with black stripes...
so ,he reminds it very fast with the Dana installed 427 ....so,he falled in love and managed time later to buy it ....

he was aprox 20 ,today he's 45 and still has the car....never driven in the public road...so,car still has 5000 miles and in perfect body conds, totally rust free...

also the interior is the original one, still there...

next plan is to restore the car as original ,so we're lookin here for some help....

DANA firerglass hood needed, the one belongin to the car have been lost somewhere....and some Dana badges and trims...
we recently found the rear folding seat ,luckily...

not much is missing....

also the original 427 is under construction, will be mounted soon....

ah,check it out the Dana scattershield especially made for these cars, was NHRA approved.....

well,is amazing how this thing could survive, especially ending up in Mexico, but fortunately is still around....

been last sunday in the countryside,to check out an old federal junkyard...cars stored there since the 70's with major issues.

Place is huge,a good amount of interesting cars there, but too gone already....nothing really worth it anymore, exept for some good parts...

wanted to take out some junk from here but i realized the only thing raelly savable is the 51 Ford woodie,or what's remains from it...

a donor 51 business coupe is sitting close by the woodie,so will get them for the price of iron, and the hope to give the woodie a new life somehow...

easy to get those shoebox here in Mexico,so no big deal to rebuilt it...

it will be mine soon.....

A flower car was used to not only carry the flowers for a funeral, but sometimes would be the lead car in a funeral procession...They were also capable of carrying a casket with a flower arrangement set around the casket for a more elegant effect in the funeral procession...Very nice cars...Very few made..They served thier purpose well..The one sled found looks to possibly be made by Eureka..If it's true,it's 1 of 4 built..l
