Looks like my 1 wire crapped out on the way back from the round up and I want to just replace it with a stocker. It's a SBC 327. Does anyone have a simple wiring diagram or know where one could find one? Does one exist? I'm no wiring guru, but it seems like it would have to be fairly easy. Thanks.

This guy has a lot of info. Warning - if you call him you will learn more than you ever wanted to know about electrical systems. I have bought some of his kits and found them everything he said they were. www.madelectrical.com

Hey Greg! Your '51 is looking really good.
I'm running regular GM alternators on both my cars, wired like the diagram above but just clipped off the whitewire. Never had any problems.
