![]() http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp...te=ca&zipcode= ![]() well after numerous trips to the donut derelicts i have decided that there just werent many cars there that spoke my language, and plus im not a huge fan of donuts to begin with, i am a bacon and eggs type of guy. so i have been contemplating starting something alittle more HAMB friendly in the car department and something with better food. i think i have found a place that is perfect for this type of thing, Pappa Z's on Magnolia and Garfield, just down the street for the donut shop so it will be easy to find for anyone who has been to the derelicts. the food is great, the service is great and best of all their prices are great. anyone who wants to come hangout and get some good food and check out some real cars is more thatn welcome to join us this saturday. im thinking Saturday at 7 a.m. (thats when they open) location http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp...te=ca&zipcode= Last edited by Tetanus Shot; 05-10-2007 at 08:58 PM. |

OK TS it may take a little while but what the hell. I'll be out of town on business for two weeks but I'll watch the board.

I prefer bacon and eggs as well. You are right about the donut shop, the last 2 times I went there were maybe 4-5 cars that wagged my tail. I'm down for this as soon as the Chevy is running again, which is soon. Might miss the first but as soon as the car is back I'm there that Sat. Very Cool.

Cool. I like the idea. My dad is one of the original derelics and I won't go to the donut shop, because he can't.
Maybe I could hook up with Bad Bob and Hoovs and we'll leave tomorrow to be there Sat. See you there. |

More regional would be; "Manteca Miscreants"
Way too much pig drippings on that menu for my taste... But toast, hash browns and one egg (at a time) on the side order list looks like the only way to order breakfast without...the pig or cow parts. ![]() They don't have a price for just an order of eggs, toast and hash browns? what's with that? Think I'll pass on the breakfast and the donuts.. I usually eat before going anyway. Like Mort says, it's about the iron.
