what a day. helped my buddy Dan a while on his 51 Chevy truck then came back home and helped my buddy Chris work on his 59 Chevy, then when it got dark i started workin on my 47 Chevy coupe. got started on building my full length flush mount fender skirts. God i love my shrinker/stretcher. i'm whooped so i'll spare you the usual boring commentary and let the pics tell the tale...

Can I have the chunks you cut out? My fenders suck! Maybe this IS the way to repair them...

i blew off the calendar stuffing orgy to finaly get this damn skirt done. been so busy on other stuff, plus i've been hoping back and forth from day shift to second shift to help out the second shift boss who is short handed. that puts a serious cramp in your sleep schedule.

look for the entire "HOW TO" in a future issue of Traditional Rod and Kulture Illustrated... assuming Zombie approves.

Hey Mike, If Zombie doesn't approve the "How To" i would be willing to buy the "How To" from you. I have been wanting to do something similar to my car.

  14. Slicker than snot...I like how you choose to follow the line of the fender. MUCH better than the original wheel well opening.

Mike, when you actually work on your car, you do great work. I can sympathize with you on it being hard to get out there and doing stuff. But once you actually get the tools moving its hard to stop.

Alright, now i cant wait to see THE OTHER SIDE finished! :)

P.S. Naked chics rule. I saw one on cinemax once. haha

i think i have an extra lense already but it would'nt hurt to have another. PM me and let me know wha tyou want for it. my bezels are REALY pitted so i plan to smooth them out with bondo and primer and have them cast in alluminum then polish them and have them chromed. seems like alot of work but i think it'll be less work than fixing and rechroming the pot metal. unless someone has a cherry set of 49/50 Hudson taillight bezels they want to get rid of :D .
the shrinker stretcher was a birthday gift from my buddy Chris. not sure where he got it but it is a good one. works GREAT! MADE IN THE USA BABY!!!

    NADS. i love you too :p ...
