Default Built me a louver press.... and it works!

Here are some pics of my just completed louver press. I started out with the heavy duty frame from an old Oliver jig saw that I bought for $100. I scrounged up an old two way ram with a broken end and a 12volt power unit from a lift gate. I made my own dies from tool steel with a lot of grinding and filing. I paid $35 for the tool steel and $65 to have the dies heat treated. That's all the money I have in it, $200. All the other stuff I either already had, traded for or built. I wanted an old style fat, round louver and I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Very nice, I'm envious. But, for that price, I guess even I could afford that.
