49-54 Chevy's

I'm fairly new to the site but I know you guys are great at posting tons of pictures and I think it would be nice to see a thread full of my favorite car ever made. I don't care if its a 4 door or 2 door, or bone stock, or fully custom. Let's see what everyone's got!

yeah ive seen all the pictures on 50chevy and done a lot of looking around here, its just cool to see if anyone has any projects in the works or a couple pictures of random cars people haven't seen a lot of.

 

Just washed it off today, gettin ready to do something with it after sittin for a long spell.

If you were asking about mine, they are 56 Olds headlight bezels.

Before you take that test run, make sure the hood is latched!!!!

Custom54 what size and brand of tire are you running on your 54?

 

i have a friend that has a 53 with suicide doors and hood,59 chevy dash and 59 olds taillights.It is lime green primers with red wheels.He wants to chop it if he doesn't sell it first.It has a 454 in it too.

Here's a couple pics of my '52. Do your best to hold back your jealousy.

 

I feel your pain. I did the same thing about three years ago. Only put a couple star cracks in the windshield though. Creased both front fenders, bent the hood, and bent the cowl (ouch!!) when it pushed the wiper towers down.

 

Damn...I can't tell you how many hoods I've seen fly up on these cars!

this is my '51 Coupe. speaking of hood latches, mine keeps popping up and catches on the safety. i think i get it fixed and it keeps coming back... pain in the ass.

 

...here's a favorite shot of a 51 2door I built awhile back with a Nova sub, 400 smallblock,etc....a fun drivin car.
