T5 Chev. To 270 Ci 1955-56 Dodge Poly

I would like to mount a T 5 CHEV. trans. to my 270 CI 1955-56 Dodge Poly. w/out buying a sp. adaptor. If I have to buy an adaptor so be it. Just thought some one might have an idea. Thanks Bob

 

Somewhere in here there has to be an answer. I think there is a aftermarket bell made for the bigger hemis at hotheads, maybe one for yours.

All the polys and hemis except the extended bell Chryslers take the same adapters/bellhousings.
