Hot Rods Cad The Impaler - 33 Coupe Finished!!

  1. Well thought it was about time I showed some pics of my finished 33 Coupe.
    She was an old East Coast rod that was parked in 64, Imported to the UK as a chassis, body, motor and axles.

    Its taken 5 years of time, money and pain.....Oh did i mention pain?
    Cad the Impaler name came about due to the motor (Of course!) and the pain I had every time I impaled my shins on the chassis horns, so we added the exhausts to they impale people now as well ha ha

    Cant get the glowble flake to come out in the camera though

    Dave,

    Congrats on finishing you car, that is about as close to perfect as I have seen of late, you nailed the 60's semi show rod look. really like it.

  21. VERY cool. I don't really go for car names...but at least yours has a humourous twist! I like it!

    The interior trim pattern is damn sweet too. Very complimentary to the period.

    Is that a Pontiac gauge cluster?
