Simple answer... NONE! Oh, be different and throw some fenders on that thing too, it looks a little naked... In my OPINION, the whole "chopped and channeled" thing is just about like "Hey, let's go get tatoos and piercings and be different like everybody else...". Kinda run it's course...

I have no idea how to chop a top so I just tell everyone that I like them un-chopped

I like a heavily chopped model a. 5,6,7 hell even the 8 inch above looks good. I dont like channeled much. Granted some cars look great channeled but i generally dont prefer it. To me it just looks badass heavily chopped. Im a hair over 5'8" so i guess it doesnt effect me as much as some. Also, to me the more subtle body mods are for customs. A hot rod should be a no nonsense, raw machine and not trying to hide anything. The customs should have the mods that rack your brain and keep you staring for a while. Just my .02

Your results may vary, tax and title extra, no purchase necessary, see your retailer for details, void where prohibited...
My sentiments exactly.

It was always my understanding that most coupes were chopped less than 3" (2 1/2" or 2 3/4"), because if you chopped it 3" or more, it bumped you up a class, into the modified roadster class, on the dry lakes. Please correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure that someone on here will take care of that).
