Submit Message...does not work half the time

I send out a message and get a response. I answer back...submit message...and POOOF......gone...lost...did not get sent. Happened to me many times....what gives??? I tried 3 times just now to answer to a message...NO GO. I gave up and sent a new message ( not a response ), and this works. I believe someone already posted such a problem.
