Very nice! I think it might be to nice not to have door and quarter panels... I imagine shaun could come up with something just as sweet with a little more of that insert material and leather!

Very tastefully done. You put a lot of thought into your choices and took your time finding just the right material and it paid off.

Looks awesome- I'm most amazed that the car you looked at had a seat cover that lasted 60 years! Wow!

Nice and subtle. I love the pleat pattern. Material choices look spot on also. Sheesh sounds like I am trying out for that Queer eye show. I need to do something manly quick.

the seat looked and felt like an old Sunday coat

My sister wore a coat every winter Sunday just like that in the 50s.

I'm sure you are glad that you didn't settle for something OK but held out for that perfect match. It makes the results sweeter.

Beautiful work - a bit more formal than I expected.

I'm looking at the car shots and now with that seat I keep thinking "Top Hat".

In a good way. The car now reminds me of fine old Top Hat.

Been a couple good threads about interiors lately, at least it seems to me since we're shipping the '50 Burb off for it's interior this week.
Any chance of more pics of yours? The style and coloring look great together, actually appears similar to what Darcy and I picked out.

Very nice Ryan. In fact it’s perfect!

Any plans for the other interior panels?

Wow! Hey Ryan is it as comfortable as it looks? I'll bet the wife would let you roll it into the living room so you could sit in it and watch old hot rod movies huh?:D Just watch those wrenches and screwdrivers in your back pocket...oops, didn't mean to jinks it.

It's actually super comfortable. Sean took about an inch and a half out of the height of the seat and a tad out of the back as well. As a result, I fit in the car way better now.

As for the rest of the interior... I plan to put the car in glossy black eventually. More than likely, I won't finish the guts until afterwards...

That's super sweet. Makes me wish I had something a little nicer than my LMC velour.
