Holley/Mickey Thompsom Headers

Does any one have a catalog from the days when Holley and Mickey Thompson did a partnership to manufacture and sell these dual branded headers.

A friend of mine has some that are NOS but does not know what these fit so he needs some help to determine what these fit.
