Technical Model A steering box mount/setup

    Looking for pics, advice or threads of steering box mount / setup for Model A Fords. I am starting with a fresh boxed frame, and want to do it right. WARNING - The WHEELS IN MY PICS ARE TEMPORARY!!! I WILL BE CHANGING THEM!!!
    This pic is the steering setup, and front end for new frame. I will post pic of steering box. Thanks for your help.

    Looks like a F1 steering box. Cut the flange off of it bevel the edge and tig weld on a model a flange .
    Do some searching on here you will find a thread with pictures.

    It is a F-100 box. F1 has the shaft on the bottom. I would move it back and fix the frame. The flange is fine. It might need a wedge plate that is sold.
