17 Spline Axles

What years did gm use these axles?

 

I can't speak for all years, but the '55 - '64 chevrolet passenger car rear end has the 17 spline axles.

 

I just gave away a posi for this set-up. Wish I understood better to help you out.

 

Hope he was a good friend as you may not have "understood" what you gave away.

 

I do. And he is a good friend and fellow club member that gave me a pretty god gift. This was just my way of getting him back. He was honest and told me what it was and how much it was worth. But the value of helping him out, was a far better advantage for me.
