Lately I've been having problems viewing videos and some pictures on this site. I usually get a black box with a white X for pictures (and some videos) and for videos I get a black screen that tells me I need to upgrade to the newest flashplayer 12 or the new HTML 5 browser when I try to install the new flashplayer I get a screen to RUN it but it says "this software may harm your computer". If I run it anyway it says I need to close IE and retry but then it won't anyway. what do I do to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

  2. I don't think this is an issue with the site specifically.

What browser are you using? Are you using the latest version and keeping it
    updated?

If you are using Internet Explorer for instance, have you tried using another
browser like Firefox or Chrome? Do you get the same results with another
    browser?

You may have a bit of malware giving you some grief. It always seems suspicious to me when an "upgrade notice" pops up right after clicking to open a video or picture. Some of these notices look similar to, but not exactly like, a notice from a legitimate vendor, like Adobe for instance. Running some of these free anti-malware scanners might be all it takes to get things working again.

Also try clearing your browser cache and temporary files.

Have you added any new browsers add-ons like toolbars or other apps lately? Some of these add-ons can also add malware or spyware at the same time.
