61 falcon 4dr engine and tranny swap

Hi there I have a 61 ford falcon originally it had a 170 with a fordomatic but when I bought the car it had no tranny and the engine was shot so I found a guy who will sell me his 170 with a c4 transmission from a 1970 maverick besides the driveshaft problem I was wondering what other problems will I have oh yea also the maverick is a 2 door dnt kno if it matters and I kno I must figure out the rear transmission mount other than that any help would be greatly appreciated
