Default 1934 Ford Truck Project.... $6800 obo or Trade?

1934 Ford Truck Project. Need to transform it into a runner if possible. Currently torn down to a bare frame. Has a clean cab. hood, hood sides, grill has a little rust on the lower edge. bed could use some work. 8ba flathead and 3 spd. looks like it was pulled from a runner. single carb. 50's ish chevy rear axle. have collected a bunch of new and old parts to go along with it. can go into more detail if there's any interest.

have about $8k in it. looking for something around there or cash or whatever.
