Finally had some time to get more work done and....
    It's a roller! Pretty exciting day. :)

Rod (Hawgrod on here) did a VERY nice job on the rear axles.
He welded a ring on the axle flanges, machined them flat, and drilled the 5x5.5" pattern. Thanks alot, Rod!

Also, as I've mentioned before, I wouldn't be this far along and this wouldn't be turning out as nice without the help of some great friends.
Andy, Jason, Jeff, TJ, Rod --- Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

Now headed back out to route the exhaust.
Will post updates as I make progress.

Looks very tidy and well thought out. The fork is quite unobtrusive, too.
It is going to be a stunning car.

Thanks, guys! It is going to sit fairly low. I have it set up to where the top of the rear tire will be even with the top of the wheel-well reveal... if that makes sense.

The frame looks great!! I can't wait until mine is a roller too.. But I still gotta start on it.

Are you going to be doing updates for everything else in this thread or are you doing a separate thread for body, drivetrain, etc?

Haha!... No way I'll make it to the Roundup in the Roadster. I do hope to have it drivable (but not finished) my Memorial Day.
You going to be in Austin? I'm going down there with some friends.

No snow is right! It's been fairly nice around here lately.
You are certainly welcome to stop by. I'll also have it on display in two weeks at the Omaha World of Wheels, with the body on.

I'm not 100% sure at this point. It just seemed like it was time to start a new thread. I was 'done' with the other one.
This thread will most likely include getting the body set back on, squared up, subrails fabricated, exhaust, brakes, etc. routed.... and, well, until it seems like it's time to start a new one. :)

Thanks, Gregg! See ya at the Roundup, I assume!?

Pat? Your name on here, avatar, and location really ring a bell with me.
Do you have a '57 Ford Custom that's flat black?
I recall talking to a guy (who I think is you) about 10-11 years ago at Americruise in Lincoln, NE. I was also driving a flat black '57 Ford at the time....

I sold the F100... need to change my avatar.

Looks like you have a '32 5-window now? If so, can't wait to see what you do with it!

    Soon, very soon.... next weekend!

    oh man, I wish!

It's looking great Nick. Alot of work just to get to this point, and you are moving right thru it.

I have a '31 roadster with alot of the same ideas that will be going together this summer. I'm taking notes.....

Keep us posted on the progress.
