Friday evening, I gathered with a friend and The H-Bombs. A local club, at a little hang out they have started up. This evening was the 2nd meeting they've held. They just get together the first Friday of each month to hang out, eat bar-b-que, shoot the shit and talk cars. Here's a few pics of the cars that showed up first. As the evening progressed, more showed until there were about 12 rides. I didn't take any night pics.

I'm just glad to finally have a camera. There were quite a few children, as this is a family type club. They were all well behaved, which seems rare these days.
Another cool thing was that all The H-Bombs cars use original drive trains! No SBC implants in the whole bunch. The '61 Impala was found just about the way you see it! Even had the original upholstery.

I met a couple of them a few months back at a little show in Brenham. They bought the 53 and 54 out.
We all when back out to my cousin's place to party. After a few drinks we started doing burnouts out in front of his place. We tried to get them out there, but they wouldn't go. I wanted to see them 235's bust um loose real bad. Our club needs a friday night meeting place. Very cool. |

It's located at Mykawa Rd about 1/2 a block north of Almeda Genoa.
