inspired by a cool found image on Speedhunters I tried out a new technique. It's scratchboard but black over silver instead of white. It's super reflective and changes value as you move in its reflection. The scan doesn't really capture the look but I figured this place would appreciate it.

wow, I didn't forget this week... and, I have plenty to post so don't get pissed at me for taking this over this week!
First up, its a few months old but never shown. I did this for Steve Scott, builder of the Uncertain T. This first T-shirt design was rejected in favor of a more polished look since the shirt was digital printed instead of silk screened. I might end up reworking this into an "almost" the Uncertain T and printing it myself:)

    Krazy start !!!

Bob : very nice atmosphere. Is it a "colored" b&w picture ?
Bomonster : I really like the black over silver effect.
Spoogie : I think, it's my favorite. The bodies (skin and steel) textures are really well done.
Allison : great job, as usual. The Swampstomp poster is awesome !!!!!!!

as many of you know, because I post lots of art associated to it, we are doing a brand new Midwest Kustom and Rod show very soon. In honor of my Buddy John and the amazing Woodward roadster of his that I'm bringing in for the show, I put together another foldable flyer design... this folds up into the Woodward all from one solid sheet.. except for Pedro which is a "bonus" piece.... here is a colored and folded up version for reference:)

here is another version of it in black, I'll be putting out this version later as a flyer for the Inland Emperors Flathead run later this summer:)
below that is another kind of interactive art, bacon wrapped cherries. and further down is a picture of the flyer blown up 550% so Johns dog could enjoy it also.. Oh ya, those are actual Woodward goggles he has on too..

  28. Cool stuff Jeff!

Commissioned T-shirt artwork for Antwerp Vintage Reunion 2013. In case you're wondering: Car in front of the Shoebox is a 1929 Citroën AC 4 with a tractor nose.

Thanks Frogz- I'm a big sucker for black C1's so ditto on favourites!
-Hank37 praised my work during the week- thanks Hank. This ol' piece was discussed.
I always liked it and will revisit it as a big print. Print postage ain't too bad from here to there, so if you're into it, PM me.
