The drawing looks like a early seventies Ford pick up with a '56 Ford stepside bed!

    $790.

This is something I sold originally(sans large fasteners) then it came back and I drilled out the the flush mounted heads I originally had and placed in larger ones. All fasteners are tolerance fit....the board is a collection of various disciplines.

Older in process pictures are at the bottom:

This is it. Note: Nothing is scraped up on this, there is no file, knife or was it thrown on the floor or beaten with chairs or distressing faux techniques....it was painted like that.

There is a lot to this deck but similar in process to previous ones, just that this has 80 hours into it and is the cumulative efforts of 40+ years of wanting to make something like this as a kid.

    The inspiration.

    Drilling out smaller sized fasteners.

    The board sans old fasteners.

    Board nearly fixed.

You'll notice that the metal effect is very reflective, it's actual ground up finely sifted aluminum antimony.

It's been a long time since I've last seen a checkerboard dash. Sure looks good (and so does the 283).

Shoot, now I've got to thinking (always a bad sign). Its not a 283 -- the distributor is in front. But it's not a 289 (the exhaust ports are not spaced right), nor a 312 (exhaust ports again).

    Anybody else got ideas?
