Where do you keep coming up with these? Did the finned Chrysler one get finished, and if so, is it seaworthy?

Now that looks like some fun stuff!:)

  11. I have always wanted one, as weird as it may be . When I was a kid, I would see one sitting all abandoned and lonely in the brush as I dreamed from the school bus window.

I want to know...what are you eating just before you go to bed to give you this kind of dream?

  22. With '61 Imperial fins, if it stalls in the water, at least they'll catch the wind and let it blow you back to shore.

Crazy combo. Hurry up! When's the christening? Gary

  24. Arnie - why????? Is a standard one not weird enough for you?

I presume you know of this one sat on a live in barge on the Seine in Paris. I've been going to Retromobile for 20 years and have seen it every year since for many years.

It belongs to a French architect, it's a 64 and he uses it regularly - there are some pictures of it going around Etoile.

  27. I love those Amphicars!! I have always wanted 1 but just can't see spending that much on one. Those that you have built and are building are truely awesome!! Keep us posted on the progress. Will you have it done before Symco, if your going. I would love to see it in person!
