Offenhauser 3558 Small Block Chevy 3x2 Intake.

All threads look good, has two extra holes for vacuum.

Price: $275 plus shipping.

Jegs and Summit want 350+ for this same intake.

Bought from a HAMBer who bought from another HAMBer. I decided to go a different route.
