Cool pontiacs everyone! What are you're own experiences with seeing them at shows? It's rare that i see many around the Philly area.

Early Pontiacs are a bargain usually much cheaper than equivalent Chevies. Parts are readily available and they are, well, not a Chevy. (Not knocking Chevy but bolstering something outside the norm).

I know of only 2 or 3 runners that I've seen around (Houston area).

    Montechris,

I painted it with Duplicolor Detroit Diesel Alpine green. I liked it better than the dark green that it was "supposed" to be.

Geez , having moved from SoCal I thought Santa Rosa in NE New Mexico where I live is small . It's practically Gotham City compared to Reserve , but I still gotta drive 120 miles to get a Starbucks

My 50. In the works and tired of seeing all the primer. Hope to get it straight enough to spray before spring.

I used a '94 Caprice Classic front frame stub under the '51 wagon. Huge sway bar, big brakes, 5 on 5, which let me use the original wheels after clearancing the calipers a little.

It does push the wheels outboard a little, so if you want to drag the crossmember on the ground, tire clearance will be an issue. Mines low enough a floor jack won't go under the crossmember as it is, to my eye, that's low enough.
