Default 327 engine casting #'s

I've got a 327 in my 1936 Chevy truck, and I'd like to know more about the motor. I really would like to know what the 327 was originally installed into. Anyway, I have 2 numbers. GM3789817 on the back of the motor, and TOII8C stamped on the block in front of the passenger head. Thanks guys.
