I am trying to repair the lower cab back and corners on a 30/31 Closed Cab.Trouble is...M.I.A...! I have been given the rear subrail crossmember and some tudor 'B' pillars (grafts for the bottom 8" or so) I have witnessed off of the dovetails for lenght. The problem is I have no idea of what the door post to subrail joint looks like??? Anyone out there have any good pics? Thanks guys!
There is a triangular plate riveted at the back corner of the door jamb. Won't be able to get a picture until tonight.
Thanks 31A! I knew there was a gusset...will be great to see to replicate. I really need to see the post connection to the subrail. Thanks again! Doug
Here you go! This is the driver's side door jamb, inside and outside. The shouldn't be too difficult to fab.
And the H.A.M.B comes through again! Thanks 31A! .....if it doesn't work out I'll git out da rivet gun!!
