  15. love those things lockwasher. i was in at a local engineering shop this week and they got something similar on display, i wish i took a pic cos it was a cool little piece sort of board track/early lakes racer type lookin thing

  20. Heya gang! I haven't posted any new work in a while. The superheroes are keeping me too busy... ;)

    Latest commission. For a client's daughter's bedroom.

    Enamel on riveted & weathered sheet metal – approx. 50" x 45".

    A little more on topic this week. I used flat and gloss clear to help the illusion that it was an open faced helmet. I think this is one that will look much better when it is completely assembled.

    Wicked start this week people. Great job to everyone. Here are three of the six hot rod posters that I am printing to take to the HAMB drags. Swing by my pop up and pick one up or just say hello next saturday. If there are any left after the HAMB drags and Greaserama I will probably post them up in the classified section (shameless art plug, I know).

    They are all hand cut linoleum. I wish I had wood type this big to run on my letterpress but I don't. the linocutting for the 6 poster took about 20+ hours and I have about 10 hours into printing on these bad boys. I even played with a split fountain print on the larger word in the background so it has a cool gradation.

    The suckers are 18 x 28 inches.
