Thanks, Bob - week after week after week you come up with something new and unexpected. As cool as the Prowler is, I love the background even more

Don't know if this was totally real or a montage, but either way - OUTSTANDING!

Thanks Bob, Jigger, N.Ozols, Bomonster, kenmo and anyone I may have missed. Wish I could have been at the comuter all day and saw all this as it rolled out.

Thanks Flathead Johnny! That was indeed a great compliment and that is how I took it. I would love to get my pics in that magazine. I have nothing against Rat Rods - can't ever see myself owning one, but they are still creative and fun to photograph.

Hot Rod Dirty's - that orange Merc is sensational. Definitely my kind of post processing work!
Jigger - can't wait to see that Buick wagon when its done. Could probably use one just like that, could probably use the cutie with it too.
40 Pickup - keep that cool bent art coming.
Dutch Courage - your poster art is the coolest.
Thanks LabRat for that shot of the Dust Up - after looking at the link for it on Dutchs post and seeing your picture I really would love to see it someday.
Buick59- That 55 shot is gorgeous and so crisp.
Zombie - you are dark man! But very talented.
jdustu - those bolt and screw pets are very creative and well done.
Vans definitely are cool - especially the way Bomonster and johnnyhalopy do them.
KennyDFW - greet creativity on those Good Guys shots - I really like what you did with them.
Lockwasher - how the hell do you come up with something like that? Ultra, super, insanely good!
Beebing and mlomaka - love those kool wagon creations.
    OutlawPhotoGuy - superb HDR work.

Haha, I was loosing hope that anyone would know that. Thanks Muttley. :D Red Shirt Army... It reminded me right away of the KISS Army.

  21. Thank you Dan for the compliment!
Mlomaka, man this is cool. I was staring at this for awhile, looks like the long low hood could be off of a stude, with the upper grill bar(?) still attached. A early 50's chevy 2 dr. would make an excellent wagon. I know chevy made a sedan delivery, a friend had one...they're cool.

  22. Buick 59, love that Chevy, nice shot!
    Z. love the van. Youz too Johnny J. (the loose stuff is cool too.)
    Boeing Bomber, nice sketches.
Rubens, that is skills on display. I love the Dodge in the driveway, makes me wanna get one just like it.
    mlomaka, the Chevy is cool.

Thanks to Bob, Paul (killer tinkering again does it animate?), Ken, mlomaka & Dan
for the kind words and to all who participated in this great FAS!

  24. My $0.02. This is a prismatic star that I did a while back when I aspired to do gold leaf on a project car. I purchased a DVD from a popular gold leafing artist and pinstriper named Gary Jenson (this is not a plug) and gave the gold leaf thing a try to some relative success. I also did some engine turning and I hope to use this on a car one day!
