First off thanks for taking the time and energy to post. Second, IMO, many of these cars leave alot to be desired as far as fitting within the spectrum of whats considered to be a traditional hot rod or kustom. I guess the bar was lowered to let in the new class of rat rods.......

 

I dunno, I didn't see as many rat rods as I used too. Not sure what this "new class of rat rod" you are referring too

to all the guys who made it with their cars..THANK YOU!!! i saw so many great customs and hot rods to die for.. what a great show it was

 

Anyone know the dates for the Rockabilly Rock Around weekender this fall? I guess it's supposed to be like Viva before it turned into a circus. Only 1500 tickets are gonna be sold and it's on the roof of the Gold Coast like Viva used to be.

Thanks for the coverage, this ear is the first time in years we didn't make it...we head out on the 30th for our yearly Rt66 trip just couldn't swing the show this year.

A couple buddies of mine and I plan to go next year, I'm building a '34 3 window for the trip...can't wait!
