OK I'll go first. My feeble attempt at "bomber nose art" Found this "Union Box" at a garage sale and the olive drab paint just screamed for this kind of decor.

In case you wondered, the "serial number" is in code. A=1 B=2 etc.

  3. Okay, looks like I'll start this one....Let's see what you've done this week?!?

Here's a concept rendering of the 1950 Pontiac Business Coupe I'm currently building.
Started with and old dealer promo advertisement scan this morning and went from there....putting the finishing touches on it after lunch.

let me know what you think of the taildragger and the alexander bros. grasshopper they are both done with two sharpie markers
I haven't decided if the style is worth pursing further.

Ok, so here are some new ones from me.

This is a quickie Photoshop paint job rough for a painting I may do.

Here is another '56 for a customer, still just a sketch for a final painting.

Here is an acrylic sketch I did for another painting I want to do of a front engine digger.

Some new art this week. The first is a CD binder of mine, which I used as a warmup before tackling my friend's laptop. He applied the Arctic Cat decal, then gave me free reign on the rest of it. The paint was still wet when I took the photos, so the Stabilo is still visible. Minor detail....

Funny, for me that IS finished! Looks cool.

  27. A couple new ones:a $1.00 vinyl travel bag picked up at a local second hand store and a $0.00 bevelled glass lamp shade a friend of mine scored on trash day somewhere(along with about 10 sets of fan blades. These are future projects).

Ok. Here's one that I started earlier this week and just got it done today.
Lots of you lookers usually do not get to see a progression of the work
from start to finish so I thought I would try and do a sequence of shots as
the painting progresses. This is the start of the painting. I did not show
the sketch part as the sketch was so light that it did not show well.
Should I skip this and get to the final product? You may not like how it ends up,
    or maybe you will. Interested?
    Here is the first installment.

At this point I'm just trying to get my bearings with color direction.
