I might as well go ahead and start spamming for my upcoming show.

Here is the flyer I created for it.

The piece that the flyer is based on is called "Super Bird" It was painted with acrylics on stretched canvas. 16" X 20".

It will be part of the show. I've got a bunch of other pieces to show.....but I'll wait till the show is rolling before letting the cat out of the bag.

This is the meanest thing I have at the moment... These are a couple of study drawings for a project underway at Ironworks in Bakersfield.

  15. Revenge.....Saw it on the motorway once.....it went past me at around 140. Nick used the car like he stole it and he could because he built it, including the body (which he designed, built a small model, built a full size mock up, took a mould and finally laid up the finished article) and this was the late 1970s, in England where most rod parts either had to be bought from the US (remember the interweb wasn't invented and most people didn't have/take crediot cards...it was called "post letter" and "international money order" back then) Or fabricate the stuff yer self....Nick fabricated and also used a bunch of track racer stuff such as torsion bar front (yep on a tube axle) and a mix of Jag, McLaren and fabricated for the rear.
Nick was slagged by some for the way he used the car and the scabby chrome and chipped paint just added to the slagging. Fuck that it was his car he can do what he liked! It dissapeared for a while and is now in Spain waiting for a resto.....if you liked that you should have seen his next car Andromeda, almost redone after an accident with a deer and a Vauxhall astra. Adromeda's (re)builder Edd has told me I get a drive (that will be on one of our DVDs!)....it's a blown Hemi in a T bucket..all fabbed (hence why the resto has taken so long) and has anything from 500-800bhp (legend has it it's over 1000) so i can't wait......

    .......killer pic Tim

  16. man, do the Brushes and Tinglers deliver?? dang!

I haven't done much scary stuff lately so I thought I'd reach back into the archives and dust off the giant (8 feets!) Franky I did for Pistons and Paint back in 02 (?) anyway, here tis!

also gotta post this doozie from the Barnett camp, he's busy tattooin' it up, but I ran across this on my harddirve and thought it deserved a study again.

    lifesize!

Here's a metal panel that OldBobSign AKA Lurker Larry did for me. He presented it to me at the HunnertCarPileup and just blew me away. It was a total surprise. This photo doesn't do it justice.

  21. I wouldn't call these scary at all... but the cabaret shot is definitely costumey! I took these photos, and did the hair and makeup. The model is my friend Sable Sin Cyr, and she's also the winner of Miss Mobtown Greaseball this year.

Well it's kinda scary I guess...

This is the newest Tshirt art for the shop.

If you you know me (or Kevin) you know we are into hot rods AND the USAAF as evident by how we design/build things. This just popped in my head one day after chatting with Tuck...

Django, I'm not a huge Flathead fan, but dang that's cool.

Tingler, Brush-- awesome work as usual.

I don't have anything this week that's scary or remotely on-topic.
