rollie I remember seeing your hubcaps on here before--like, before I registered, and really the only reason I registered was so I could post comments on the great stuff in the Friday Art Shows--I love it, man.

    Brush,

I love that you are going back and looking up these older artists.

Andy Virgil - that's nice man...

It occurs to me that he was breaking a lot of rules there. Well not rules perse, but if you look at the majority of our frequent posters (yourself included), you see very little "human element". Andy put the man with the machine - you get much more mood that way...a feeling of passion.

    Love it.

I am licking my chops for next weeks lesson.

Maybe I will be able to put up some art by then. We'll see - I am very busy at work and I have kinda been holding out for an exceptional Friday Art post...(which is the excuse I keep using to explain why I haven't finished it up yet :) )

...and not to shit in anyone's Cheerios, but I don't get the hot rod Jeeps. I just don't...

...good art, good artists, bad rod.

And I bet that Citroen would ride like old people fuck...stiff and creaky.

    Not military themed but...
Did this one about 4 yrs ago. Somebody recently built one similar to this but it was a 5 window.

    I'm glad you're a regular. I like your stuff.

That goes for some of the other newbs who are showing up - some of you should post more often.

    I love fresh meat.

Good show. BTTT for the Sat. morn crowd.

    Agreed.

Everyone is encouraged to post art here. Nobody gets made fun of in the Art Show.

We are all very supportive here.

    (at least usually) :D

I too enjoy seeing your work Lowcab.

  13. It's Sunday, I know, but I've been gone a couple days and just wanted to check in. Locab, "Same?" "old?" "boring?" I was thinking Energetic! Prolific! Encouraging!

    Brush,
You guys have been very welcoming. I appreciate any comments on my work, weather people like it or not. Metal sharpens metal and the best way to break into new territories, sometimes, can be the negative critisism; as long as it's CONSTRUCTIVE not cruel. I love having an outlet where I can get car lover's opinions "worldwide."
Great show this week, can't wait for the next one.

    Broman,
Thanks for the verbal image, where's my Listerine?
